    Customer Experience Leadership

    Innergy Director Gordon Stoddart was invited by Vistage International to speak to an audience of business leaders about the strategic imperative and financial opportunity that Customer Experience presents, and more importantly how a business can transform itself culturally, reputationally  and financially. ‘Customer experience is predicted to be the most significant differentiator for businesses yet so few businesses have clear strategies to excel at it.
