Now in their 17th year of trading, ARM were recommended Innergy to support them through an exciting period of change as they looked to develop their strategic position within the market, in particular around the development of the people and management team.
Following a number of days on site with the business, interviewing and assessing all the staff and management team, Innergy developed and implemented a measurable development project plan that focused on the skills development of the business aligned to the new strategic vision.
Following an initial launch workshop, a nationwide series of onsite training interventions were completed across the entire business, touching every member of staff to ensure consistency in the new message and capabilities of all customer facing personnel.
Branded training manuals were produced for the business, as well as the ARM Talent Hub™, a unique online intranet, HR and training management system to support the induction and development of new employees into the business.
Feedback from everyone in the business has been excellent, and a number of new strategies and initiatives have been launched on the back of the training programmes to support the overall strategic plans of the business.
Further development work this year will continue to impact on the growth plans for the business, with particular focus on developing new consultants and the evolving tier of leaders coming through the business.
