Innergy developed and facilitated a comprehensive leadership development program, The Extraordinary Leader program, that ran once a fortnight over 8 weeks.

The program was totally geared towards 1st Choice, their pace and style, and the program facilitator put the team in situations where they had to get involved. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the style of delivery, without exception.

Just 3 weeks since the end of the program, new ideas to strategically develop the business are already in place and there exists a renewed vigour and enthusiasm to achieve, motivate and communicate amongst the management team.
