Designated Associates are a Wirral-based business consultancy specialising in Customer Relationship Management, IT solutions and Training. Managing Director Elaine Owen wanted to enhance her own leadership skills and learn how to maximise the performance of her staff so that she could incorporate working a shorter day in 2007.

Elaine attended a four-part “Results through Leadership” course which enabled her to develop a strategy and use tools provided on the course to inspire and motivate her staff by maximising their potential.

The programme was extremely valuable, with Elaine noticing a marked improvement in staff motivation and communication within her team. She decided to go part time from September 2006.
