Innergy's Leadership Excellence Programme Shortlisted at the HR Distinction Awards 2012

Innergy’s six month Leadership Excellence Programme, developed for multi-award winning staffing company Penta Consulting, has been nominated for the Distinction in Leadership and Development category of the HR Distinction Awards.

The programme was delivered to 24 managers over six sessions and was focused on developing and driving leadership excellence across the Penta brand.

Director of Innergy, James Osborne, commented "This is the third award that our leadership development training has been nominated for now, which is an achievement that we are very proud of. Working in partnership with Penta over these past six months has not only allowed us to get under the skin of the business, but to design and deliver a very effective programme that has created some really measurable and tangible results."

Prior to the Leadership Excellence Programme a comprehensive assessment of each employee was undertaken by Innergy to ensure the programme was aligned to each employee and their needs, and over the six month period the employees were taken through a series of real life scenarios providing them with a proven suite of skills, tools and techniques that were taken away and immediately applied within their roles at Penta.

The programme was completed with Innergy performing a final review with each employee to measure the progress against the original objectives and to develop an ongoing development plan to ensure the new skills and learning continues to be used within Penta.
