Professional firms plan high impact business workshop

Leading South West business advisers including chartered accountants and lawyers are staging a high profile workshop to tackle the difficult issues of business succession and exit strategies.

Innergy have teamed up with Ashfords Solicitors and Francis Clark Chartered Accountants to provide professional guidance on the steps owner/managers need to take as they prepare to exit their businesses.

Mark Greaves, a partner with Francis Clark LLP who will be advising on maximising a business’ value, said: “Disposing of a business whether through sale or succession is a one-off occasion so it’s vital to get it right and to plan for it meticulously.

“Delegates will hear ideas on how to improve business performance and where there are real opportunities to maximise and retain business value.”

Andrew Betteridge, a partner with Ashfords LLP added: “This is a high impact session which is much more than a talking shop.  We have an interactive workshop element and an expert panel for questions and answers.
