Full Event Description:

Innergy are working with a number of partners to provide Leadership Management and Sales Development, both online and offline, to senior executives looking to make a real difference to the performance of themselves, their people and their organisations.

Please note - Government Funding is available for this program under the 'Train to Gain' initiative

Working with business leaders and managers for one day a fortnight over two months, delegates are introduced to a succession of proven strategies to become inspirational leaders of people delivering results and driving performance.  There will be a range of executives to share ideas, challenge each other and develop a meaningful and long term network.

Concentrating on live implementation of ideas, attendees will also develop innovative and highly effective business solutions that will achieve significant financial outcomes by the conclusion of the programme.

To enable business leaders and managers to increase the effectiveness and impact they have on a personal, team and organisational level. It enables people to:

Government Funding Available

There is up to £1,000 of funding available for this program through the "Train to Gain" initiative for eligble companies.

The funding is available through Business Link to SME organisations with between 5 and 250 employees (who have not received funding through this intiative to date).
