Each year, more than 300 sales professionals go through an Innergy Sales training program or workshop; this gives us an invaluable insight into what defines an exceptional salesperson.

We use this knowledge in our recruitment process to attract, assess, source and train those candidates which we believe possess that sales edge, both in their ability as well as there attitude.

As with all Innergy placements, sales candidates are rigorously assessed using our online profiling system, and then placed on one of Our Extraordinary Sales programs within their first 12 weeks of placement in their new role.
