Team Development

A powerful team building program that builds awareness, and develops team specific solutions to exercising individual and collective potential.


For 3 ½ hours per week, for 3 weeks, the team explore and develop the unique, team-centered approaches to maximising their commercial performance within their business.

Program Objectives

To enable teams to develop excellent working practices thereby maximising their collective potential and achieving outstanding results for the organisation and themselves.

Session 1: Designing the roadmap

  • Shaping the team vision
  • Goals, roles, values and ground rules
  • Planning for success
  • The innovative team

Session 2: Who's on the bus?

  • Motivational audit - who's who?
  • Team cohesion - understanding each other
  • Developing high levels of team energy and motivation
  • Coaching, supporting and giving feedback

Session 3: Keeping on track

  • Team reputation - making it and keeping it
  • Conflict resolution
  • Challenging the Red Flags
  • Celebrating success

Optional Session 4: Putting it into practice

A half day spent in a unique environment (off-site), implementing and reviewing our practice, and celebrating success.
