Wyboston Lakes is a unique, innovative development rapidly growing into world class status within its spacious rural setting amongst lakes, woodland and the River Great Ouse. It offers UK and international customers conference, training, serviced offices and leisure facilities. Building a great team of people and delivering world class service is a core strategy of the business.
Following a number of changes to the sales team, Innergy were asked to help develop the team into a high performance, effective unit.
Innergy worked with the newly appointed Head of Sales to design and deliver a tailored development program focusing on integrating effective team working within the context of delivering world class service.
The team developed as a cohesive unit with both individual and team actions and accountabilities. The team left with:

- buy in from everyone
- a compelling vision for success
- an agreed strategy for working together
- the confidence and motivation to make it happen.
