Innergy, in partnership with leading law firm DWF LLP, have launched Employment Law for Business in response to the growing demand from employers for cost effective online solutions to managing and developing people.

Businesses want to reduce risk, comply with legal best practice and develop their people, while at the same time reducing costs and time spent away from the day job.

Assessment Centre

The Assessment Centre has been developed to allow you to determine the level of knowledge and understanding of employment law of individual employees within your business. The assessment is free to use, the Company Administrator will then be able to invite individuals to complete the online assessment and, most importantly, see the results achieved.

Training Centre

The Employment Law online training provides an interactive, dynamic, informative online training experience enabling individuals to develop their understanding of key aspects of employment law. The online training comprises of a comprehensive eLearning module taking individuals through all aspects of Equality and Diversity. This is followed by a post training exam which will test the individual’s learnt knowledge on Equality and Diversity.

Knowledge Centre

The Knowledge Centre has been developed to provide individuals with information on Equality and Diversity which, alongside the online training, will further develop their understanding of Employment Law.
