Innergy at the Driver Hire Conference

Driver Hire is the UK and Ireland’s largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company, offering temporary and permanent driving jobs and non-driving work, along with supplying drivers and logistics staff to companies throughout the UK and Ireland.

They currently have a network of over 100 franchised offices across the UK and Ireland and each year bring together the network for an annual conference. Building on the success of previous conferences facilitated by Innergy for them over the past few years, Driver Hire asked Innergy to once again design and deliver a uniquley engaging conference for their network, based on the theme of "On To A Winner", culminating in an evening at the races in Liverpool.

Innergy developed a number of activities throughout the day that focused on the development of key inititatives and sharing best practice across the network in a lively and engaging style.

The feedback from the network after the conference was excellent, summarised by the Driver Hire management team who said:

"Our recent Conference in Liverpool was the latest in a series of Driver Hire events that have been facilitated by Innergy.

It was an easy decision to work with Innergy again. They are highly professional and deliver genuine business insight. More importantly perhaps, they have an ability to connect with their audience, whether that’s a small workshop group or a conference of over 100 people.

We need our conferences to run smoothly and to time, whilst at the same time generating the opportunity for creative thinking and audience participation. This can be hard to achieve but it’s a trick that Innergy pulled off for us once again this summer."
