Your Crew
The staff provided by Innergy on the Seabbatical program cover all the skills to ensure crew enjoy every opportunity to expand their personal comfort zones, physically, mentally and emotionally - all this within a positively interactive and safe environment. They include U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captains, RYA Yachtmasters, PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors, as well as professional Leadership Coaches, Business Trainers, Occupational Psychologists, Nutritionists and Organisational Consultants. Additionally, we employ a team of land-based support staff in the UK and the US to ensure the smooth operational development of the program prior to, and during, each voyage. All Seabbatical staff are trained first aid responders.
