The House of Flags is the largest supplier of fabric display including flags, flagpoles and banners in the UK.
They offer high impact, highly visible displays to help maximise promotional opportunities with a huge variety of substrates and the latest printing technology.
Approximately 50 staff work within the House of Flags and the company has three strategically placed UK sales offices as well as a main office and factory site in Cambridgeshire.
Their sales executives had very different sales development needs and the challenge for Innergy was to design a course that would address all these varying needs whilst keeping everyone interested at all times.
Innergy designed a course to develop the skills and increase the motivation of the sales team to which was held over 2 days.
The course made the sales executives focus on what they needed to achieve and how they needed to get there.
The course taught the sales executives how to break down each element of the sales process and make it count instead of just throwing themselves into the call and coming out with nothing.
There has been a very noticeable improvement in attitude, style and motivation amongst all the attendees, without exception.
The team has incorporated what they have learnt into their day-to-day work and can regularly be seen referring to their course notes.
All managers have commented on the difference.
