The DWF Business Recovery Team practice group had enjoyed fantastic success and was determined to build on that platform. Andrew Gregory, who headed up the practice group invited Innergy to help shape the vision, and engage the whole team in the journey and ensure continued focus which would deliver future growth.

Innergy held a number of meetings to clarify the objectives of the intervention and to ensure the design of involvement would deliver the required results while recognising the culture of the firm.
Innergy facilitated a day with the partner group to develop a strategic plan which exploited the opportunities in the market, while building on the strengths of the team and ensured the partner team were as one.

Within a month a full team off site away day was held to:

  • Engage the whole Business Recovery team in the vision and get their input
  • Help develop and improve further business relationships and communication
  • Recognise achievement and build on successes to date
