Innergy's online Employment Law for Business, created in partnership with leading law firm DWF LLP, was developed in response to the growing demand from employers for cost effective online solutions to managing and developing people.
The Equality and Diversity assessment and online learning was the initial product developed to help organisations comply with the Equality Act 2010. Since it was launched in June it has allowed companies ranging of all sizes and sectors develop their employees understanding of employment law, ensure compliance and has since been endorsed and recommended by the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI).
