HR: Your Organisation Needs You!

In partnership with the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD), Innergy have just completed another highly successful series of training workshops for over 50 HR professionals across the UK.

The last session saw the focus of the training turn towards the reputation of the HR professional within the wider organisational community, providing insights and techniques as to how to turn the HR into a true profit centre within the organisations that they work.

Feedback has been excellent, with all attendees on the training assessing the content, delivery and facilitator as either excellent (62% of the attendees) or good (38%), with all 100% willing to recommend a colleague to this training.
