Innergy at the London Marathon

Innergy duo Craig and Gordon Stoddart completed their first ever London Marathon, companied by Innergy client Peter Shone, the Chief Executive of leading engineering firm JPCS.

Craig and Gordon achieved personal bests (always easy on a first marathon!) and both completed the race ahead of their target time. They raised over £6,300 on behalf of Whizkidz, a charity which provides mobility equipment for disabled children.

Gordon said, “ It was a truly wonderful day and an unforgettable experience. With the support of the crowds and the fantastic atmosphere, none us hit the ‘wall’ that people talk about, although when I got overtaken by a large Cornetto my spirits dipped briefly! Thank you everyone who supported us to make a difference.”
