The highly experienced crew of Innergy's Bluewater Training division enables organisations to build stronger, more effective teams, through a series of unique yacht based activities.

From the moment crew step aboard one of our luxury yachts, they become one team, working together to ensure the effective operation of the vessel, with guidance and training from our expert skippers and Bluewater trainers. Ultimately, it is the individual's ability to work cohesively with their fellow crew that will ensure the success of the voyage.

Throughout the experience, crew duties are rotated, providing everyone the opportunity to experience the dynamics involved with managing new team responsibilities, whether skippering, navigating, course plotting, or even cooking!

Our activity schedules onboard are extensive, challenging and distinctively unique, but will continually maintain a direct focus on true experiential learning.

Our current program offerings include:

• Teamwork & Leadership - Sailing a yacht breaks down barriers and yields excellent results in jelling individuals together. If you are trying to improve communications within / between a team, then our programmes are extremely effective.
• Match Racing Days - Great fun for a hospitality event with a difference, or alternatively a focused, competitive day out for existing work teams looking for dynamic team-development.
• Premier Regatta Events - Be centre stage at the most prestigious events in the sailing calendar.
• Corporate Hospitality - Impress your clients with an exhilarating day's sailing. This is a fun and informal day on the water with good company, fine food providing an exceptional experience.

We can also provide fully inclusive racing and spectating charter packages at Cowes Week, Round the Island Race, Fastnet Race & all major Industry Regattas including Banking and Finance and ABC Cup for media.
