    The Challenge

    Allianz is one of the leading integrated financial services providers worldwide.

    With approximately 152,000 employees worldwide, the Allianz Group serves approximately 75 million customers in about 70 countries. In fiscal 2009 the Allianz Group achieved total revenues of over 97.4 billion euros. Allianz is also one of the world's largest asset managers, with third-party assets of 926 billion euros under management at year end 2009.

    Allianz approached Innergy, on recommendation from another Innergy client, to hep them support the development of some of the UK based underwriting team.

    The Solution

    Following a series of meetings with Allianz management, Innergy undertook an analysis and assessment of a core team of Allianz underwriters from across the UK, assessing key areas of strength, weakness and evaluating some of the main challenges they faced in their role.

    A comprehensive training programme was then tailored to those needs and facilitated on site at Allianz offices in Surrey.

    On completion of the training, a report was presented back to management on the development of each of the delegates on the programme for review and further development where applicable.

    The Outcome

    Feedback from all delegates on the programme was excellent with all agreeing that they had grown significantly throughout the training and were more confident and able to do their jobs. 

    In summary, based on a series of key measurements, the overall average score for the workshop across all delegates was 8.6 out of a possible 10.
