Sales Excellence Training

The Sales Excellence Masterclass is an intensive full day sales training programme for new and experienced sales professionals who want to evolve their selling strategies and significantly increase the effectiveness of their sales activities.

The programme has been developed by James Osborne, Sales Trainer of the Year (as voted by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, ISMM).

6track Selling System

The 6track Selling System™ Training Programme is a unique 3 day sales training programme, delivered one day per month over 3 months, that enables sales professionals to raise their game and acheive a whole new level of sales performance.

Based on the theory that there is no “one-size fits all” selling style that necessarily supersedes another, the 6track Selling System™ brings together all the key elements of a number of renowned selling theories and transcribes them into a process that is easy to understand, highly effective and taps into certain components of each of those theories at the appropriate stage of the sales process.

In other words, the majority of research that has been undertaken regarding selling styles over the years is all very credible, but the process we believe becomes flawed when we attempt to pigeonhole salespeople as one “type” or another. 

Having worked with and trained literally thousands of salespeople in our time, our experience shows that in reality, high performing salespeople need to engage the skills and attributes of different types at different times throughout the selling journey.

In summary, there are 6 very distinct “tracks” that we believe a salesperson is required to follow during any sales process in order to maximise their sales effectiveness and get the greatest ROI for their sales efforts.
